South facing pool so you get the sun all day long with conservation to the rear makes your sun bathing nice and private.The villa is in an ideal location only 20 mins from Orlando International Airport, !5 mins to Disney Land, 10 mins to shops and restraunts, 10 mins to golf course, 15 mins to horse back riding, and only 50 mins away from golden beeches.
The Villa
Pool Area - Our villa has a private south facing pool and spa with stunning views across the conservation and large patio area with ceiling fan, providing a large amount of shade for small children. Pool heating can be arranged. The south facing pool / spa area is completely screened to protect from insects whilst still allowing use of the area at all times. The pool is protected by a removeable child security fence for peace of mind for those with small children. All external access doors to the pool area are also protected by alarms, once again safeguarding against any potential accidents with small children. The area around the pool is equipped with high quality pool furniture including sun loungers,chairs and tables. There is a pool shower and outdoor bathroom.
Lounge 1 - Formal lounge consists of a two seater and three seater sofa ideal for relaxing and reading a book or adult chill out time away from the pool and TV. Great for a drink after a hard day at the theme park !
Lounge 2 - Family room consists of 2 three seater sofa and one single comfy chair. Large screen full HD flat screen TV with DVD player and hifi system. There is a selection of DVD films for all the family to enjoy and wireless internet access. The high vaulted ceiling provides a great spacious feel.
Dining Room 1 - Seats 4 With contemporary dining table, suitable for a quite dinner after the children have been tucked up for the night.
Dining Room 2 - Breakfast Area - Seats 6 Great place for all the family to start the day with a Florida breakfast.
Kitchen - oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster.dishwasher,kettle,and all dining ware. The open plan kitchen area is an idea place to cook a gourmet meal for all the family or enjoy a take away.
Laundry Room - washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board Caters for a full sized family wash.
Games Room - Pool table, Hockey table, dart board, seats and pool toys.
Upstairs Landing area - Kids fun area with playstation ,TV, books, and games.

Bedroom 2 - Queen Size bed, television. Luxury bedroom on the first floor tastefully furnished beech theme decoration with views of the conservation wood land.
Bedroom 3 - 2 Singles bed, television. Disney themed bed room for the children to enjoy
Bedroom 4 - Queen Size bed, television. Luxury bedroom on the ground floor tastefully furnished with access to the pool deck.
Bedroom 5 - 2 Singles bed. Twin bedded room tastefully furnished sutable for all ages.
